이후 폴더구조와 파일명에 대한 논의 필요합니다.
기존 ceph doc에서는
최상위 목록의 폴더와 index.rst로 작성이 시작되고
하위 목록은 폴더구조와 해당하는 목록명으로 rst파일이 작성됩니다.
예시) ceph/ceph 의 doc폴더 중 cephadm의 구조
